There are two ways of pricing out a charter:
- For guest counts between 40-65 people, we have a flat
charter fee of $750 per hr plus menu (from $35-$65pp), bar (from $10-$22pp), and DJ @ $150 per hr. Minimum charter cost is $5,250.00 (Sun-Friday) and $7,500 (Sat.) plus 20% crew fee, dockage
and tax.
- For guest counts above 70 people, we have package pricing which includes a 3-hr cruise, menu, Beer, Wine, Soda and DJ/Karaoke.

- Children: Children under 5yrs old
are free. 5- 10yrs old are ½ price on food or package
above minimum. 10-21yrs old are full price on menu, soda
and juice bar. Package pricing is reduced by $5.00pp
above minimum.
- House DJ: includes Karaoke: $150 per
hour (without package) or $250 for use of sound/light
equipment on dance floor.
- Catering Provisions: We provide excellent
catering which includes linens, tables, chairs, flatware.
Outside catering allowed Sun.-Thurs or daytime weekends,
except bar. $5,500 minimum for boat plus crew, dockage and tax.
Caterers brings plates, utensils, napkins etc and supply
NY Boat Charter, Inc. with Certificate of Insurance.
Bar, Service, tax, dockage are additional
- Outside Vendors: Must board at Home
Port 2-hours prior to charter Saturday Evening Minimums:
$7,500.00 plus tax, crew, and dockage
- Officiant Fee: $500 to perform Nautical
Wedding Ceremony by Licensed "nautical priestess"
